Best modern upgrade I could do to my car and still retain factory look. Paul from customer support was incredibly responsive and helpful over WhatsApp. CarPlay works flawlessly over dongle with Apple IOS. Displays Apple maps, Apple Music, and SoundCloud very nicely. Idrive control is super helpful to keep you safe while driving on the road and trying to change maps or music. Really love this product. Not all features work, e.g. the radar sensors are not displayed visually, not supported as indicated. But otherwise it is a good investment, a big improvement compared to the old, original display.

Installation is not easy for me, i am the first time to do it myself, spent nearly 4 hours. tested it, all ok, factory menu show in new new screen, Overall it's worth to buy.

After the installation in the car, which was no problem, both systems, the original BMW system and the Android System are working and can be switched on demand. Very quick respond either by touching the screen oder using the control knob. Some apps were not working at the begin but re-installing them solved the problem. Navigation (Google maps or Here we go) is perfect. Amazon Music, incl. Alexa, is bringing sound into the car. The optical appearance of the (anti-reflecting) screen is top and cannot be compared to the original BMW screen. The hands free bluetooth telephone is working on both systems. All in all a very satisfying experience!!
