How to correct android GPS navigation for BMW X4? 

• For BMW X4 F26 (2011-2013) factory CIC system,you can choose [B253](8.8'' display), or [B243] (10.25'' display), or choose [B343] (12.3'' display)
  
• For BMW X4 F26 (2014-2016) factory NBT system,you can order [B223] (8.8'' screen), or [B263] (10.25'' screen), or choose [B363] (12.3'' display)
  
  
  
  Usually, just check the main menu (CIC/NBT) on the BMW X4 original display (photo showed as above), then will know which model fits your car.

Do the BMW X4 factory functions work after replaced with an android screen? 

Yes, all factory functions will continue to work as before, because it just replaced the BMW display only, the OEM BMW X4 radio head unit still in the car, thus it not lost anything after an upgrade.
