For now, the BMW Android screen CPU using Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 GT7PRO going to have a new update, Please notice the changings as below:
(1) The new CPU "Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 GT7PRO " no longer to distinguish North of America and the European/Asia version, it all support both North of America and European/Asia countries 4G LTE network.
(2) The NEW CPU S685 without ID9 User Interface for the time being.
It come with ID8 interface (latest), also including the ID6/ID7 etc.
For the ID9 UI, it still not included it yet, thus, we are updating our web page (remove the ID9 info from the page), if you have ordered it, please notice this changing.
(3) The NEW S685 models, the software structure is different to the old S685 models, But the functions are the same, CPU performance are the same.
For examples, some models support OEM microphone, the new S685 also support it.
it just change the 4G LTE network (intergrated N/A & E/A), and not support ID9 (so far).
Question: When switch to NEW CPU S685?
For now, the stock still have some old S685 CPU, after the stock runs out, will use new CPU to produce the products.
