Installation for BMW F22 F45 Navigation GPS Android screen replacement

How to replace factory BMW 2 series active tourer (F45)/ Gran Tourer (F46) with aftermarket navigation Android Screen?

 

Downlaod the installation wire-diagram as below:

 

 

Installation steps:

1: Before installation    2, Remove the Radio control panel

remove the factory radio control panel from bmw f22 f45 dashboard

3: Remove 2 screws and take out the factory radio head unit   4: Remove all cables on the back of factory radio head unit

remove two screws so that to take out the factory radio and remove all harness on the back

5: Remove the trim panel   6: Remove the connections on the back of the trim panel

remove the trim panel and disconnect connections on the back

7: Remove 2 screws in the bottom of factory monitor   8: Take off the factory monitor and remove the LVDS Cable from factory head unit

remove two screws and then take off the LVDS cable factory display

9, Connect our power cable (male) to factory power harness  10, Connect the power cable(female) to factory radio head unit

connect our power cable to factory power harness and factory radio head unit

11, Run the power (for the android head unit) and USB, GPS antenna cable to the back of android screen    12, Connect the power cable/USB/GPS antenna & LVDS cable to our screen and install the android screen.

13, Connect the AUX cable (one side connect to the AUX port in our power cable, another side connect to the port under the armrest box)   14,  Recover the central console, and installation is done.
